Fourth was not too bad of a shitshow, though it rained and everyone at Mattie's was on acid so that was weird. Boyfriend and I spent the day on a double date with Rachel.niceeyes and Bill. Korean BBQ in Billyburg, and later after the fireworks we watched Training Day.
Reading Paul Auster, not the newest one but "Travels in the Scriptorium". Returning to good form, Auster. After "New York Trilogy" things sort of went down hill (you know what? Fuck "Brooklyn Follies") and its a nice return to form even though Auster's form is all about people with no names or memories being trapped in rooms. Like my favorite movie of all time, yo.
