Papoose

It's my favorite word in the (native) American langauge. Also when I googled it, this was the first guy to show up. From bedstuy WORD! He's apparently super-famous, according to the really long wikipedia entry on him.
Anyway a papoose is a small native american child but can ALSO refer to what they were carried in:



Im sorry but how can you NOT think of the word papoose and just want to be like, swaddled in lots of different kinds of fabric and carried from place to place while you napped?
My goal in life is to be in a papoose, mentally.
